You will get a warm welcome, when you arrive at the Old Mill Lane Bed and Breakfast. My house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has off-road parking situated in the picturesque village of Gifford in East Lothian.

The Accommodation
I let 2 rooms, one twin/super-king with en suite shower room and one double with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Both have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are welcome to use the lounge and a full breakfast is served in the dining room.
The Local Area
Gifford is a pretty, peaceful village, located 3 miles from Haddington and 30 minutes from Edinburgh. It has two excellent hotels for meals, which are a 5 minute walk from my home. There is a also a Co-Op, Newsagent, park and lots of woodland walks in and around the village.
The Lammermuir Hills are a few miles to the south and the beautiful East Lothian beaches are only a 20 minute drive away. East Lothian is famous for golf with over 20 golf courses in the county. Other attractions include:
- The Museum of Flight - where Concorde can be seen
- Lennoxlove House - Historic home of the Duke of Hamilton
- Sea Bird Center - watch seabirds on the Bass Rock
